Liquid Purification
With over 100 different grades of carbon available for liquid purification, STI is the one source for your liquid purification objectives. Applications typically include potable water, waste and process water, groundwater
remediation as well as the purification of industrial raw ingredients and finished products. To assure optimal carbon
performance, STI has developed a complete line of standard pre-engineered adsorption systems capable of flows
from 0.5 GPM to 2,000 GPM which can be quickly delivered and easily installed at treatment sites. When required, STI can custom and manufacture systems for unique treatment requirements.

Liquidclean T1
The T1 series liquid purification adsorbers are 55 gallon capacity units containing between 180-200 lbs. of carbon. These economical units are ideal for low-flow water
treatment. The canisters are constructed of 16 guage steel DOT 17C requirements with epoxy phenolic lining. The canisters are also available with polyethylene linings. The T1 Poly is constructed of
high-density polyethylene to meet DOT requirements. Both units have 11/4" PVC internals; max flow is 10 GPM and max pressure is 10 psi. Arrangements can be made at time of purchase to have
T1 units returned to STI when treatment is complete whereby the carbon is safely reactivated.

Liquidclean HP High-Pressure Polyglass Adsorbers
Designed for water treatment application from 1 to 200 GPM, the HP series is of wound fiberglass construction with a poly or vinylester
lining (for potable applications). Carbon capacities range from 200 to 50,000 lbs. When pressure and corrosion resistance is critical, the HP series is the only choice. The HP series is
available skid mounted, prepiped with valves, controls and a control panel. On-site service is always available with the HP series adsorbers.

Liquidclean LC High-Pressure Adsorbers
The LC series adsorbers are constructed of either stainless steel or carbon steel with carbon capacities ranging from 500 to 20,000 lbs. These
units have pressure ratings up to 100 PSIG also available prepiped and skid mounted. Delivery, installation and maintenance are available on all the LC adsorbers.

Liquidclean T1000 & T2000
For small applications, STI provides the T1000 and T2000 products line adsorbers that also serve as shipping containers to return the spent
carbon to the reactivation site when on-site changeout service isn't necessary. Leasing and rentals are also available on these adsorbers. Standard construction is 11 guage carbon steel and can treat
up to 75 GPM at 15 PSIG. Installation can be in parallel or or series to handle short-term applications or on going cases. On-site changeout service, as well as installation and maintenance is
available on these units. Similar adsorbers are available with a carbon capacity of up to 8,000 lbs.
